Refund Policy (Digital Products & Masterclasses)

Digital Products & Online Masterclasses Due to the digital nature of our products (including The MBA of Life Workbook, digital guides, and downloadable resources) and online masterclasses, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or access to an online masterclass/seminar has been granted, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Physical Products (Books / Hardcopy) If you ordered a physical copy of the book and it arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@thehumanfactorseries.com within 14 days of receipt so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement. To be eligible for a return, the physical book must be unused and in its original condition.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase of physical goods within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply to digital content (such as ebooks or online masterclasses) once the download or streaming has begun, provided you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.
